As our valued Dental Assistant / Receptionist, your role ensures the seamless operation of our dental practice. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting dentists and dental hygienists during procedures.
  • Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing dental instruments.
  • Providing chairside support, including instrument handling, X-rays, and patient comfort.
  • Updating electronic medical records and managing patient files.
  • Managing patient reception, appointments, and calls.
  • Coordinating patient flow in the reception area.
  • Assisting with billing and insurance claims.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.


Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in dental procedures and terminology.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfort with computer systems and dental software.

  • Flexibility for casual work - must have availability on Thursday & Friday.
