About the Opportunity:

Totally Smiles Indooroopilly is currently looking for an experienced Clinical Coordinator on a Full Time basis. Come and join our friendly and dynamic team in our modern 5 chair practice. Our Dentists and team are patient focused to ensure the highest quality treatments and patient centered care are provided every time. We are based in the heart of Indooroopilly and close to public transport, with a variety of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

About Impression Dental:

Impression Dental Group is a fast growing dental group with practices located all across the east coast of Australia. We operate fixed clinic locations as well as a growing fleet of mobile dental services which provide much needed dental care to children in both schools and day care settings.

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will report to the Practice Manager and work closely with the Dental team, to ensure ongoing training is provided and policies are being followed.

At it's core, this role is about:

  • Delivering exceptional care - patients always come first, especially when we are working with children
  • Proactively helping keep us running - working closely with practitioners and the wider practice team to make sure things are running smoothly
  • Smooth and efficient running of the sterilisation room, infection control and procedures
  • Training and orientation and ongoing support for our Dental Assistants

What do you need to succeed ? 

  • Experience as a DA - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn
  • A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment
  • A team player. You will help us deliver the best patient care whilst working with our talented dentists delivering quality dental solutions and fantastic value
  • Hygiene awareness and high infection control standards
