If you join us in our mission to give each patient a brighter and better smile, you'll be handling a full array of basic tasks such as patient checkups, appointment scheduling and intake questionnaires for new clients, and handing off dentists' tools during procedures—all while providing patients with a friendly chairside manner. We are not your average dentist's office: Everyone should feel at home and comfortable from the moment they call us until they head out.
The opportunity:
- Greet new clients and complete standard questionnaires to learn their primary concerns and the type of care they want addressed.
- Lead patients back to examination rooms and update them on next steps
- Inform and prepare clients for x-rays
- Assist in creating dental impressions
- Assist with dental procedures and sterilising equipment before and after patient visits
- Tidying between and after a patients appointment
You:
- Ideally dental experience, but we're open to train you too!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High regard for patient care and customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
