Job Description

Oral Health & Beyond Collective is seeking multiple dentists - Full-time and Part-time to join our Team.  

  • Full-time  - ideally 5 days a week Monday to Friday, however flexibility is possible, (ie around childcare), and more hours available if required.  

  • Full-time start at beginning of March 2024. 

  • This position is open for negotiation of days per week once established in position. 

  • Part time start immediately.  

  • Full books. 

  • This position is open for negotiation of days per week. 
  • The right candidates will be provided with a steady flow of new patients, although will be expected to build their own patient base with a professional and personable attitude.

The successful Graduate Dentist applicant must possess the following; 

  • Hold current AHPRA registration  

  • Indemnity insurance 

  • Good understanding of English (written and verbal) 

  • Superb infection control knowledge & practices 

  • Comfortable explaining dental treatments in simple terms to support patient understanding 

  • Exceptional communication skills, time management and a caring/friendly personality 

 

The successful Experienced Dentist applicant must possess the following; 

Be a passionate and motivated Dentist who truly loves what you do, and your patients. You are professional and friendly and have the genuine ability to cultivate long-term patient relationships. 

  • Hold current clean AHPRA registration 

  • Indemnity insurance 

  • Good understanding of English (written and verbal) 

  • Excellent infection control knowledge & practices 

  • Ability to provide and deliver long term comprehensive treatment plans to our patients. 

  • Comfortable explaining dental treatments in simple terms to support patient understanding 

  • Competent in all in all forms of restorative dentistry and emergency care 

  • Passion about delivering the highest standards of patient care 

  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, time management with a caring/friendly personality 

  • A Dentist who wants to excel in their role through patient engagement and quality care
