The Role
As a Casual Receptionist at Churchill Eco Dental Care, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
Your friendly and professional demeanour will be crucial in creating a positive first impression and fostering a comfortable atmosphere within the practice.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- managing phone calls,
- scheduling appointments,
- greeting patients,
- handling administrative tasks, and
- supporting our dental team in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
You
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Display a high level of professionalism, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanour even during busy periods.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using basic computer software such as MS Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and understanding approach towards patients, making them feel at ease.
