Your Role
As our Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll be the superstar who keeps our dental practice running like a well-oiled machine. Your exciting responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and answering calls.
- Mastering the art of patient flow management in the reception area.
- Assisting with billing and handling insurance claims.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and soothing concerns.
- Assisting with sterilising instruments and maintaining infection control.
You
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of dental procedures and lingo.
- Impressive communication and people skills.
- Superb organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savviness, with proficiency in computer systems and dental software.
